We are sorry but once the purchase is made, it is not possible to return the eSIM or refund the money due to how the system is technically configured.
Expiration
Please start using your eSIM no later than 3 months after purchase.

Make sure your device is compatible with eSIM services by checking that you have the "Add mobile plan" option in: Settings -> Connections -> SIM

The quickest way to check if your device is compatible with eSIM is to enter the code *#06# on your phone. If an EID number appears, then your phone is eSIM compatible. If an EID number does not appear, then your phone is not compatible with eSIM.
