Keep in mind

  • You must start using your eSIM no later than 3 months after purchase.
  • The eSIM can only be downloaded once.
  • Once the QR code is scanned, please complete the installation without aborting the process.
  • Please do not delete your data plan from your device until you have finished using it. Once deleted, it cannot be restored.
  • Make sure your device is compatible with eSIM services.
